Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to customers and prospective customers. Confer with customers and engineers to assess needs and to determine requirements. Help clients solve problems. Help with and keep the sales cycle and support requests up to date. Keep CRM (HubSpot) records up to date.
