UX Analyst (offline)

We do not expect you to create pixel perfect designs, yet you need to have good taste and some UI experience.

- Have all necessary kitchen and entertainment stuff in the office.

Requirements:
- At least 1.5 years of proven experience in UX / Usability / CRO
- User research experience (interviewing, polls, data analysis)
- Experience in creating and testing interactive lo-fi and hi-fi prototypes
- Have experience in working with design tools (Axure, Sketch, Figma)
- Upper Intermediate level of English (both verbal and written)
- Presentation experience and ability to defend and promote your design decisions.

Good to have:
- Google Analytics, GTM, Optimize experience
- Digital marketing background
- Experience in working with personas, task analysis and scenario / story creation
- Knowledge of Web, iOS and Android limitations and possibilities

Responsibilities:
- Create and test prototypes
- Implement new product features and improvements
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative usability studies, analyze findings, prepare reports
- Analyze task requirements: understand business goals, user needs, and development opportunities
- Analyze different sources of data for identification of insights or user patterns
- Produce necessary UX artifacts (personas, empathy maps, use cases, customer journey maps etc.)
- Communicate design decisions to engineers.
