‣ Design backend systems from scratch - set the standard, not just follow one
‣ Contribute to products that matter - your work will drive real results and user value
‣ Work with people who care about clean code and smart architecture
‣ Take full ownership of features - lead the development from idea to release
‣ Level up your backend skills through real projects and feedback

🧠 You might be The One if you:
‣ Have 2 years of commercial experience in Node.js development
‣ Have 1+ year working with Docker, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and ideally some Knex
‣ Know your way around Git and APIs (both using and creating)
‣ Worked with Directus Headless CMS? You might already be one step away from an offer :)
