CRM manager Offline

We invite those who fired up to:

 

- Plan, execute and analyze promo campaigns for customer base (sports direction) to optimize customer engagement and conversion rates;

- Provide deep base segmentation to deliver personalized experience to our customers;

- Analyze campaign performance data, provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve the results;

- Review the events, and sports calendar and cover all major dates with promotions;

- Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and improve the overall efficiency of CRM activities;

- Create automated funnels for sport players;

- Communicate with the CRM team for better cooperation;

- Track on a weekly and monthly basis retention metrics: retention rate, reactivation rate, churn rate, ATPU, ARPU, etc;

- Track on a weekly and monthly basis campaigns' performance metrics: conversion to accepting campaign, conversion to use bonus, % wagered.

 

Essential professional experience:

 

- At least 3+ years of experience as CRM Manager or a similar role in betting industry;

- Knowledge of curating offers in betting which are lucrative for customer and profitable for the company;

- Hands-on experience of CRM tools like Salesforce, SugarCRM etc;

- Experience with running and optimizing communication campaigns;

- Understanding of technology in CRM and how user experience impacts conversion;

- Proficiency in Excel, Google spreadsheet, Powerpoint;

- Upper-Intermediate level of English.
