Обов'язки:

- Управління готовою командою
медіабаєрів, вибудовування комунікацій усередині команди
- Тестування та впровадження нових зв'язок та ідей
- Співбесіди з кандидатами у команду
- Ведення звітності щодо виконаної роботи

Вимоги:

- Досвід від року на позиції TL
- Уміння працювати з інформацією, аналізувати результати та помилки
- Уміння оптимізувати та масштабувати рекламні компанії з великими бюджетами
- Бажання розвивати команду і рости разом з нею

Requirements:

- Experience from a year in the position of TL
- Ability to work with information, analyze results and errors
- Ability to optimize and scale advertising companies with large budgets
- Willingness to develop the team and grow with it
