Affiliate manager (offline)

The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s affiliate

marketing program. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with existing

affiliates, recruiting new affiliates, analyzing affiliate performance, and optimizing campaigns

to increase revenue.


 Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies that align with company goals

 Recruit new affiliates through various channels, including networking, social

media, and industry events

 Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing affiliates through regular

communication and support

 Analyze affiliate performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimize

campaigns and increase revenue

 Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, sales, and product

teams, to ensure affiliate marketing campaigns align with broader company


 Create and maintain affiliate marketing materials, including email templates,

banners, and landing pages

 Monitor industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and


 Meet or exceed affiliate program revenue goals

 Provide regular reports on affiliate program performance to senior management


 Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field

 2-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or

tech industry

 Proven track record of successfully managing and growing affiliate programs

 Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with a diverse group

of affiliates

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

 Experience with affiliate tracking software and affiliate networks

 Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing channels

 Strong organizational and project management skills

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 Passion for affiliate marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends
