Senior/Middle Project Manager (offline)

It’s in the Fortune 500 - an annual list of the largest United States corporations. We are looking for a developer who will build a new portal from scratch. The idea of this project was created by a team from the US. The main technologies are Angular 7.1 and Material design.

Duration - long term.
Team size - 10 developers, 2QA, 1PM.

Requirements:
- 2 + years in the Software Project Management
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Experience in working with foreign customers (US, EU)
- Understanding the mobile and web development lifecycles
- Understanding the business processes
- Strong influencing, negotiating, and delegating abilities
- Team conflict management skills
- Being able to create a сommunication planning
- Practical skills in Stakeholder management
- Tolerance in critical and stressful situations
- Team motivation skills
- Experience in risk management




Desired Skills:

- Orientation on the high-quality results
- A high level of self-motivation, proactivity, and desire for constant improvement
- Technical background in Web, and/or Mobile, and/or QA are the big advantage
-Strong empirical knowledge of SCRUM, Kanban, EP, FDD, etc
