Email Outreach Manager (offline)

Join our fast growing company as an Email Outreach Manager and become part of a dynamic team responsible for the email lead generation channel, result-oriented, and have successful independent work experience.


The company specializes in providing services to small and medium-sized businesses in the areas of call-center, data entry, IT outstaffing, marketing services and sales, lead generation and BPO.


This is a great role for someone who is an impact-driven, performance-oriented email marketer with a vision and understanding of all techniques based on practice, has ability to develop and realize email strategy from A to Z and reach KPI of this marketing channel.


It is a remote full-time position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM CET

Your responsibilities:

- Together with Marketing and Sales create and adapt email outreach strategy.

- Work closely with the individual sales managers and their SDRs to plan outreaches.

- Set up outreach campaigns in Apollo, Quickmail.

- Create email templates for initial and follow up outreaches.

- Execute A/B testing of e-mail outreaches.

- Email addresses health monitoring on constant base.

- Instantly switch domains and email addresses when open rates drop below threshold.

- Manage the warming up of new email addresses.

- Pro-actively cooperate with sysadmin for new domains/email addresses set up.

- Oversee the lead generation team and tools for contacts database creation.

- Oversee the verification staff to ensure quality of generated contacts.

- Monitor closely the numbers and critical masses of email outreaches to avoid spam.

- Monitor the outreaches stats in real time (delivered, open, bounce, etc..).

- Take immediate action and correct measurements when needed.

- Report frequently about successful and unsuccessful outreaches, including strong subject lines and successful templates.

- Be an active member of Sales & Marketing team and participate in weekly meetings.

- Prepare reporting on a weekly basis.

- Monitor the market for better, cheaper, new or more efficient tools.

- Actively propose new ideas which can increase the inflow of inquiries and the increase of conversion to hot leads.


Our goal is to guarantee a strong flow of client inquiries through email outreaches and through other potential outreaches such as LinkedIn.


You are our perfect candidate if you have:

- Extensive proven experience in email marketing in B2B sector.

- Experience in owning email campaigns in Apollo or similar marketing automation tooling.

- Familiarity with setting up DMARC, DCIM, SPF.

- Experience in working with newly created domains/domains that got under spam filters.

- Great copywriting skills that have proven to lead to conversions

Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.

- Ability to evaluate and prioritize initiatives based on context and KPIs.

- Open to other opinions, ability to hear and discuss approaches.
