Marketing Manager (offline)

Esports Charts is an IT company that provides world-known esports and streaming data services. We also own Streams Charts, a streaming analytics platform that provides a comprehensive insight into the streaming market. We collect viewership statistics of all live broadcasts worldwide and create unique analytics.

👀 Who we are looking for:

We are strengthening the non-technical direction in the company and are looking for a person with a strong web marketing background who can increase conversions to product pages, easily defend the strategy, argue their own theses, ask difficult questions, and ideally knows what Twitch and Esports are.

The team is working on two main projects:

- http://streamscharts.com/ - streaming analytics
- http://escharts.com/- esports statistics

We need a person who will become our marketing expert, improve processes and help projects grow.

🧠 What will be the areas of responsibility:

- Building and implementing a marketing strategy for user acquisition at all stages of the funnel including the development and launch of campaigns;
- Independently organize and run advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and find working hypotheses;
- Independently manage and improve email campaigns in SendPulse (both automated and manual - together with the content team);
- Help SMM and SEO specialists improve the results of the first stages of the funnels and find new growth-hacks;
- Together with the product team, improve products to increase conversions and LTV;
- Increase Brand awareness: presentations, creatives, campaigns, messages and other communication materials;
- Support Lunch of new product features and conversion optimization of existing ones.

🤩 Pretty cool if you have:

- More than 2 years of proven experience in marketing with a focus on funnel building, demand generation and customer acquisition in tier-1 markets;
- Experience and strong skills in paid traffic channels: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Experience and understanding of SEO and content marketing;
- Fantastic presentation skills: your presentations on complex things will be understood by everyone;
- Excellent knowledge of English (C1-C2);
- Strong leadership skills and you care about what you do;
- You watch Twitch, you understand the difference between LEC and LCS, you know that The Last of Us is not just a series.

- Now we work remotely, the standard schedule in the company is from 11.00 to 20.00 on weekdays. However, our office with a generator is open for employees in Kyiv);
- We try to keep the team structure horizontal - each person has great responsibility and room for initiative. We do not like bureaucracy and micro-control;
