Marketing Manager (offline) $1500-2500

What is the purpose of this position?
In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with the internal and internal teams as well.

Qualification you`ll need to bring:
- Work experience of 2-3 years or more in a similar position;
- Work experience for outsourcing/outstaff company;
- Strong Intermediate English level (at least);
- Ability to both perform routine tasks and generate new ideas with a plan for their implementation;
- Experience in launching and optimizing search and banner advertising campaigns;
- Practical knowledge of advertising and SEO tools (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, WordPress administration, Google trends);
- Confident skills in Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager;
- Literacy, attentiveness, creativity;
- Ability to control work processes with freelancers and different departments.

In this role, you will be in charge of
- Digital promotion strategy: planning, implementation, reporting;
- Implementation and working with analytics (website traffic, conversions, traffic from different resources);
- Development and launch of advertising campaigns (GA, Facebook, LinkedIn, Quora, etc.);
- Filling the blog (working with a Content Manager);
- Coordination of website launch, preparation of landing pages, and lead magnets;
- Close collaboration with the sales team, recruitment;
- Statement of technical specifications and control of external contractors.
