Senior IT recruiter (offline)

β€’ Proven work experience as a Technical Sourcing Specialist, Sourcer or similar role in IT industry and knowledge about developers general profiles and characteristics
β€’ Sourcing skills and durability
β€’ Ability to screen profiles and identify fits
β€’ Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and IT-industry jargon
β€’ Experience with Lever and Linkedin Recruiter Pro
β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus)
β€’ Basics in Human Resources Management or relevant fields
β€’ Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously, strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
β€’ Ability to work within a team, friendly, motivated with a vision to grow together

Responsibilities
β€’ Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) to look for and connect with passive candidates
β€’ Match developers with job ads on our platform, ensuring only the best high-quality pairings are made
β€’ Interact with professionals on relevant platforms, like Github and Kaggle
β€’ Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates, communication with candidates in a timely manner

β€’ Contact past applicants for new job opportunities
β€’ Record candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases
β€’ Taking complete ownership of developing a network of potential candidates and industry professionals for the future openings
