β’ Ability to screen profiles and identify fits

β’ Experience with Lever and Linkedin Recruiter Pro
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus)
β’ Basics in Human Resources Management or relevant fields
β’ Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously, strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
β’ Ability to work within a team, friendly, motivated with a vision to grow together

Responsibilities
β’ Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) to look for and connect with passive candidates
β’ Match developers with job ads on our platform, ensuring only the best high-quality pairings are made
β’ Interact with professionals on relevant platforms, like Github and Kaggle
β’ Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates, communication with candidates in a timely manner
β’ Contact past applicants for new job opportunities
β’ Record candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases
β’ Taking complete ownership of developing a network of potential candidates and industry professionals for the future openings
