Technical Support Engineer (offline)

As a Technical Support Engineer you will be in charge of managing applications and infrastructure in production, taking overall responsibility for the quality of the services that the company provides

Skills & Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience as a support/operation engineer;
- Process optimization and change management experience
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues;
- Proficiency in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics;
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and improve technical skills.

Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience in Linux/Unix environment;
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana), understanding an ELK stack;
- Experience in scripting (bash/shell/Python or any other language that can be used for scripting);
- Understanding SQL queries;
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Main responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues;
- Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits;
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers);
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback.
