Sales/Business Development Manager

Eventyr is experiencing active growth and is presently seeking a motivated, goal-oriented Business Development Manager who is eager to achieve success with us.
As a part of our team, you will collaborate closely with the C-level, Marketing, and Sales teams to accomplish remarkable objectives.


- At least 1 year of experience as a Deal Closer in an IT service company;
- Advanced proficiency in English;
- A driven and passionate attitude;
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot;
- Understanding of the ABM approach


- On a daily basis, the responsibilities will involve handling leads received from various sources, such as LinkedIn, Email, Upwork (no bidding, only hot leads), website, and references. The tasks include:;
- Profiling every received lead;
- Engaging with leads to introduce the company;
- Clarify the requirements of the potential customer's requests;
- Preparing proposals together with the Pre-Sale team;
- Presenting proposals to potential customers;
- Closing deals;
- Providing weekly reports to the Head of Sales
