Required skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills (we’re remote!)
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications
Practical knowledge and experience of the Atlassian software suite method
Methodologies and project management tools knowledge
BA basics (Requirements management and elicitation techniques, modeling,requirements specification and documentation approaches)
Level of English: Upper-Intermediate +
Will be a plus:
Knowledge of fintech industry trends and regulations
Product management techniques
Experience in pre-sale / discovery activities
Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external partners
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for software development teams
Develop project plans and timelines to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones
Conduct a gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in current business processes
Assist with project management activities, including risk management, issue tracking, and status reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and quality assurance teams, to ensure the successful delivery of projects
Manage UI/UX: prototyping, validation with customers, usability testing; scope planning for the design team
Develop and maintain documentation, including business process flows, use cases, and user stories
Conduct user acceptance testing and assist with user training and adoption of new solutions
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform business decisions and process improvements
