Game Producer (offline)

Responsibilities:

- Actively participate in the creation of slot games, new features, and other types of casino games in cooperation with CPO, PM, mathematicians, artists, etc.;
- Constant analysis of the market for slot games, features and other types of games, trends, new products, etc.;
- Searching for new solutions, concepts, and ideas to improve the quality of games;
- Drafting requirements for the implementation of the mathematics of the game;
- Development of the art concept of the game, taking into account the product strategy (target audience/target geo / main casinos where we are represented);
- Creation of detailed GDD with specifications;
- Drafting texts, rules for games, and features;
- Coordination and control of the work of artists, animators, and sound engineers;
- Drawing up stages of game development, drawing up and maintaining roadmaps;
- Close cooperation with the development team studios, business, and marketing.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in the slots area;
- Good understanding of how casino games work, trends, jurisdictions, and regulators;
- Good understanding of the work of games for real games and the psychology of the player;
- Studying the behavior of the player, his focus on details, etc.;
- Good understanding of the fundamental principles of how mathematics works;
- Creative thinking and approach;
- Good level of self-organization;
- Good communication skills;
- Good written grammar skills;
- Experience in Jira;
- You will suit us if you are a team player, ready to make decisions and take responsibility.

Will be a plus:

- Technical and artistic background;
- Good level of English;
- Desire to develop, lack of fear of difficult and interesting tasks.
