General Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our blockchain development agency. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services, and driving the growth and success of the company. You will also be responsible for managing employee performance, developing and executing strategic plans, and fostering a positive and inclusive company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Onboard new employees and provide training to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
2. Assign projects to team members based on their skills and experience.
Monitor and measure KPIs including customer satisfaction, internal process quality, and employee satisfaction.
3. Calculate salaries and bonuses based on KPIs and allocate subscriptions to services.
4. Plan the allocation of developers to projects for several months in advance.
5. Create Gantt charts for the allocation of developers.
6. Ensure the successful execution of all other tasks and roles.
7. Develop and document internal company responsibilities.
8. Develop client and project requirements templates.
9. Create cover letters and emails for client communication.
10. Manage client relationships and oversee the project status.
11. Produce project documentation, including tables, charts, and diagrams to describe project data.

Qualifications:

1. Fluent in English.
2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
3. Proven experience in managing teams and delivering high-quality products and services.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills.
5. In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology and its applications.
6. Experience in financial management and budgeting.
7. Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for company growth and success.
8. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
