Performance tester (offline)

Leading QA company QA Madness is looking for a smart QA Specialist, who will be focused on Performance Testing (Part-time).

We are an outsourcing company and sometimes we receive requests from clients for Performance testing.
Client provides the build/environment and their requirements for the users (threads) qty / preferable scenarios, etc.

HARD SKILLS:
— At least an Intermediate level of English (effective written and verbal communication);
— Work experience in software testing 2+ years;
— Experience in work and creation of different technical documentation;
— Experience with Performance testing on mobile devices;
— Experience with testing tools, such as LoadRunner, JMeter, Load Impact, and Gatling;
— Strong understanding of performance testing via API;
— Good understanding of networking, web protocols, services, applications and their performance requirements;
— Be familiar with standard software development and quality processes and methodologies.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
— Creating an estimation for load testing;
— Creating test plans;
— Writing tests (test script) using different tools (e.g. JMeter, Gatling, etc);
— Running load testing on the approved date and time;
— Creating the testing report after run;
— Providing test repetition or script support;
— Organizing load testing for projects with complex functionality, such as gaming projects, platforms for online learning, video conferences, WebGL projects - with a simulation of real user actions;
— Load testing on real mobile devices.
