HR Manager

All-in-one SEO and digital marketing platform SE Ranking is looking for an experienced HR Manager who is located in Poland to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our company by attracting, developing, and retaining top talents.

Responsibilities:
— Providing and leading a full scope of HR services (onboarding, adaptation, performance review, offboarding);
— Managing recruitment team;
— Monitoring employee satisfaction, engagement and involvement in the company;
— Implementing company HR policies and procedures into teams;
— Provides department required reports and metrics;
— Processing of personal development plans and education requests;
— Monitoring employees’ performances;
— Managing and overseeing employee benefits.

Requirements:
— Work experience as an HR Manager or similar role;
— Good acumen of HR industry trends, and understanding of IT business peculiarities;
— Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
— Great desire to work with people;
— Excellent relationship-building, communication & negotiation skills;
— Results-orientation and time management skills;
— Upper-Intermediate English level.
