Talent Sourcer (offline)

Mobilunity is a Ukrainian-based and operated provider of software engineering teams. We are extending our in-house Consultants Management Team and looking for an experienced Talent Sourcer to join us full-time.

Main responsibilities:
- search for potential consultants based on the defined criteria;
- outreaching to the consultants;
- ongoing communication with the consultants;
- interviews scheduling and participation in them;
- consultants database maintenance;
- regular reporting;
- additional marketing-related tasks, including consultants’ resumes branding and presentations preparation, etc..

We are looking for a person with:
- higher education;
- Upper-intermediate English;
- knowledge of the major technologies in tech industry;
- work experience in a tech sourcing/recruiting field for at least 1 year;
- readiness to do basic HR calls (it won’t be only written communication);
- confident Excel skills to do reports and optimize own job;
- past experience in freelancers/vendors management would be a huge plus;
- past experience in LinkedIn leadgen (work in SalesNavigator and automation tools) will be a huge plus;
- fast learner and proactive approach.
