Reponsibilities

- Establish partnerships with new affiliates and advertisers
- Manage Affiliates' team
- Analyse traffic flow and advertiser's conversion rates to ensure that the best traffic finds the best offer
- Implement a marketing strategy that meets the stated business goals related to the company’s total income
- Carrying out a systematic check of affiliates for the quality of the provided traffic and fraud, monitoring the implementation of this procedure
- Control over payments to partners
- Monitoring of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports and traffic analysis
- Building and Implementing a KPIs system for the Affiliate team
- Building analytic reports

Requirements

- Experience in the crypto vertical
- Experience in leading a team of affiliates and accounts
⁃ Strong recruitment and negotiation skills
⁃ Ability to multitask efficiently
⁃ Results oriented to reach daily and monthly targets
- High proficiency in English
