Product Manager (Casino) (offline)

Now we are looking for a Senior Casino Product Manager to help us to create new i-gaming products (B2B) in the SuperApp format.

We are a marketing platform of games from different providers in iGaming sphere (Gambling, Online Casino). Working only with legal markets based on licenses (MGA and Curacao)
We have 6+ years on the market. Experienced team development of existing 9 brands.
We’re launching a new i-gaming project “from scratch”.

✔️ Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in product development as a product manager or business analyst, previous experience in iGaming with Casino products – is a must;
- Understanding of product development lifecycle;
- Knowledge of casino retention activities will be a plus;
- In-depth understanding of the Casino customer and bonus mechanics;
- Managing the roadmap, participating in sprint planning and prioritization;
- Constant work on hypotheses generation and validation via various test suites;
- Data-driven approach and inquiring mindset;
- Knowledge of Value proposition design is a plus;
- Upper-intermediate+ level in English.

✔️ Technology stack:
- Atlassian products (Jira/Confluence/Trello);
- Analytical products (GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.);
- Data visualization products (Tableau, Data studio, Qlik, etc.);
- User behavior analysis tools (Hotjar, Fullstory, WebVisor, etc.);
- UI/UX creation tools (Figma, InVisio, Axure, Lucidchart etc.).

As a plus: Business development activities.

✔️ Responsibilities:
- Manage creation, launch, and development of Casino service;
- Act as a Product Manager in the Casino team;
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify product needs and translate them into clear product requirements;
- Manage and prioritize a backlog;
- Represent and advocate product vision within the team and facilitate product processes;
- Collaborate with the external providers, partners, and internal stakeholders to continuously simplify and optimize the platform solutions and their flows.
