Head of sales (offline)

Nova Post is a courier company that has been helping millions of Ukrainians to send and receive cargo quickly for 21 years. The company annually delivers more than 370 million parcels both in Ukraine and to 200 countries around the world.

Nova Post not only cares about the quality of deliveries, but is also a socially responsible corporate citizen of its country.

At the beginning of 2022, we launched a new direction, Humanitarian Nova Post, under which we deliver humanitarian goods throughout Ukraine at our own expense. More than 450 charitable foundations and voluntary organizations have already benefited from deliveries at the expense of Nova Post.

We are looking Head of Sales department.

Position overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, responding to RFPs, and closing new business opportunities. Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic problem solver that thrives on creating and supporting sustainable, profitable partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Drive leads, grow pipeline, push deal progression, and meet sales quotas for our customers
Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
Deliver compelling and polished sales presentations and utilize effective sales techniques in order to influence target customers
Negotiate business terms with senior executives and clients

Requirements:

5+ years in a sales-oriented role driving new business
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills (uper-intermedia level of Polish)
Enthusiastic about Lead Generation
Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales quotas
