We are looking for a talented recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates. Your main task is to confidently and effectively search, attract and find candidates that meet our requirements and company culture.

Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing talent sourcing strategies.
Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
Collaborating with HR Manager.
Recruiting staff according to given criteria and positions.
Keeping records and reporting.
Conducting analysis of the external and internal market for the vacancy profile.
Requirements:

At least 6 months of experience as a recruiter in the traffic arbitration teams.
Full understanding of the traffic arbitration in Crypto and Forex verticals.
Possessing own contact base in the traffic arbitration sphere.
Excellent communication skills and ability to find a common language with people.
Responsibility, proactivity, and organizational skills.
Experience working with large amounts of information and structuring it.
Having a PC or laptop.
