Head of Sales

5 years of related experience in sales or/and business development leadership roles.
Experience in selling Marketing or other data products in international markets.
Closed deals in the Euro and US market.
Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, strong leadership and team building skills.
Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:
Build, mentoring, and managment sales team.
Personally help close largest deals ($80k+ ACV).
Development of the sales plan.
Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
Stay up on industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development in the CRM.
Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with both key customers and new companies.
