Talent Sourcer (offline)
ELVTR is an EdTech startup, taking online learning to the next level. We are disrupting education by putting "big name" industry leaders from companies like Google, Microsoft, Netflix, and Nike in a virtual classroom with eager rising stars.
We are growing and looking for a motivated part-time Talent Sourcer to join our team and help us find the best instructors for our courses! We are passionate about bringing elite-level education to the masses and are looking for people with the same enthusiasm.
Our ideal candidate:
you are fluent in English (both verbal and written communication)
you have strong critical thinking and analytical skills
you are passionate about learning and always look for a better way to do things
you are experienced in sourcing/recruiting
you have strong research skills
you always keep up with emerging business trends and what’s happening in the job market
You are an experienced user of LinkedIn and team collaboration tools like Asana
What you'll do:
use LinkedIn and social media to find the best speakers for our online courses
draw up a sourcing strategy
find potentially interesting candidates and communicate with them
do market research
fill in the ATS correctly for the convenience of the whole team
look for new tools and constantly optimize your work
use all possible sourcing tools and techniques to successfully fill a vacancy
What we offer:
Part-time job with a flexible approach — we are result-oriented and don't keep count of the hours you spend in front of your computer
