Data Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
— You will support a team of experienced Data Scientists (4 internal), ML Engineers (2 internal, 3 external) and a Solution Architect in implementation, testing and go live of machine learning use cases in the areas of image processing, text and document understanding (NLP), time series analysis and anomaly detection
— You will act at the interface of Data Scientists, ML Engineers and IT operations units to deliver high quality software artifacts
— Most importantly, you will take care of both prototypes and executable code from Data Scientists to transition them into operational and regulatory compliant implementations that meet requirements like scalability, performance and robustness in Microsoft Azure Cloud
— To achieve this you will work with a team of ML Engineers to use a wide variety of Microsoft Azure cloud technologies such as Azure Kubernetes Service, Terraform, Azure DevOps Pipelines, Azure Machine Learning, Azure SQL and Azure CosmosDB
— It is also your task to support platform monitoring daily operations and migration of existing use cases

REQUIREMENTS:
— At least five years of professional experience as python developer with proven experiences
— Experience in building enterprise-ready applications in Azure (i.e. CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, security, RBAC).

MUST HAVE:
— Strong Python background
— Microsoft SQL

NICE TO HAVE:
— Data Science Frameworks (e.g. Scikit-Learn, Tesseract OCR)
— Microsoft Azure Core Stack (u.a. Devops Repos/Pipelines, CosmosDB, Keyvault, Storage Account) with proven project references
— Azure Machine Learning
— Docker Container
