Requirements:

-Must have a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (we're not too picky, but we do like people who like to learn).

-Should have at least 1 years of proven experience as a recruiter (we need someone who knows the ropes and can hit the ground running).

-Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills (we want someone who can talk to people without making them run for the hills).

-Should have strong organizational and time management skills (we like people who can juggle multiple recruitment processes without dropping any balls).

-Needs to have a good understanding of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools and software (we're all about technology here).

-Must have a sense of humor and the ability to work independently and as part of a team (we like people who can laugh and work hard at the same time).

-Must have strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills (we need someone who can think on their feet and come up with creative solutions).

-Needs to be able to handle sensitive information with discretion (we're not interested in office gossip).

-Must be willing to work flexible hours and travel as needed (we're not a 9-to-5 kind of company).

Responsibilities:

-You get to be the master of the recruitment process, including coordinating, searching, selecting, interviewing, and proposing all kinds of awesome candidates. You'll be a recruiting machine!

-You'll be the glue that holds everything together, processing data and communication on our job-search platform and keeping our candidate database in tip-top shape.

-You'll be the go-to person for new employees, helping them adapt to our funky, fun, and productive work environment.

-You'll be the superhero of cooperation, collaborating with other departments to build a kick-ass community that's all about working hard and playing harder.

-And, of course, you'll be up for any other tasks assigned by the direct line manager or management. Because when you're a rockstar HR Recruiter, there's no challenge too big or too small.
