Product Manager (offline)

Successful product company based in Israel, Kyiv and Dnipro has an open position of Product Manager.
We are looking for a Product Manager with experience in UI/UX to help OXTECH in its next stage of growth and global expansion.

Key required skills and experience :
at least 3+ years of professional experience working as Product Designer, UI/UX designer or Product Manager;
Portfolio featuring examples of product design work which improved UI/UX mobile/web applications;
Experience with requirements elicitation, user research, wireframing, and prototyping;
Ability to interpret analytical metrics, understand how to influence them with the help of design;
Understanding of design principles (typography, color, layout, iconography, etc.) and design best practices;
You have an understanding of user flow analysis with subsequent optimization;
Solid experience working with Figma;
Have a robust personality and be able to self-organize and deal with multiple stakeholders;
English Upper-Intermediate or stronger;
Good to have experience or portfolio in iGaming domain.

Responsibilities:
Analyze the existing UX of the product, create hypotheses and execute its improvement;
Work on user flow optimization by solving user problems and increasing their involvement in the product with the help of design;
Refinement of UX/UI of current products and development of new ones;
Turn the results of user research into solutions that will improve user interaction and product interface;
Ensure that design is not just eye candy, but it is usable smoothly and meets the user needs;
Identify design problems and advise accurate, applicable, and reliable solutions meeting both user needs and business goals;
Explain and defend design decisions, and quickly adapt to changes;
Direct collaboration with product stakeholders, product team and users.
