UX/UI Product Designer

Affogata (affogata.com) is looking for a part time UX/UI Product Designer who is interested in building the #1 Customer Feedback Analysis platform.

The Ideal candidate:
Will be a highly motivated and experienced UX/ UI designer, that is capable to work as a sole UI UX person in the company with collaboration with the other teams team (R&D, Marketing, Sales). S/he will be the professional authority for all UX/UI matters.
S/he has worked in startups, and understands the dynamic nature of the work, as well as understanding when a quick fix is required and when a more serious investment is needed.
The Product Designer has worked with data platforms before, and has experience with data visualization, and is able to create and maintain a design system.

REQUIREMENTS
At least 3.5 years of UX/UI design experience, preferably designing complex SaaS and B2B systems.
Experience working in Figma and other design software.
Knowledge in web frontend development, CSS, and development pipeline is a plus.
Strong and deep knowledge in research methodologies and UX testing (advantage)
Strong people skills, being a team player with a drive to succeed together
You will be talking to our clients periodically in order to understand their pains and needs.
