Due to a significant increase in sales activities, we are looking for a Senior Sales Representative who will help us systematize the work of Business Development from lead generation to closing the deal. The successful candidate must be independent, a system thinker, and have excellent communication skills with an advanced level of spoken and written English.
Drive continuous improvement of the sales strategy of the business domains in which the company operates
Manage the lead-generation team in focused business domain
Plan the next steps for leads in the company's CRM system
Mentor other team members
Actively participate in the creation of sales materials
From 3 years in IT Service company as Sales Representative or Business Development manager
Successful lead generation track record
Experience systematic working with CRM systems
Advanced English level
Understanding of IT outsourcing-specific (Staff Augmentation, Managed delivery, Fixed Price, SLA-base model)
Experience with automating sales tools like Snov.io, Crunchbase, and other data-scrapping tools
Experience creating business presentations
Necessary sales tools
Fixed salary + sales commission
