НЕОБХІДНІ НАВИЧКИ:

1+ year experience in PM role;
Upper-intermediate+ English, not less;

- Grammatically correct speech and writing (Ukrainian, English);
- Understanding Web Technologies and Software Development process (theory level);
- Communication and negotiation skills;
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills;
- Planning skills (from organizing own GoogleCalendar to setting requirements and deadlines for others);

ОБОВ'ЯЗКИ:
- Communication with clients and a team on a daily basis (task clarification, status, and delivery reporting);
- Tracking, assigning, reporting tasks and keeping them always up to date in Jira;
- Creation, monitoring, and control over project documentation;
- Conducting meetings for team and product owners (demo, planning, clarifications).
- Elicit, identify, document, and refine requirements from business problems to detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that may include technical requirements
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to analyse information and functional requirements, advocate the development process until implementation, and ensure the delivered product meets business needs
- Perform acceptance testing for user stories and features
