Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced 📢Sales Manager to join our team at Netframe, a company specializing in Odoo ERP/CRE implementation for our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and working closely with our implementation team to ensure customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

📌Knowledge of LinkedIn and Lead generation
📌Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
📌Identify new sales opportunities and leads through market research and networking
📌Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
📌Monitor and analyze sales performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve targets
📌Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management team
📌Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
📌Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to promote our products and services

REQUIREMENTS:

💥Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
💥1+ year of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the IT industry
💥Experience of phone calls
💥Cold sales experience
💥Web development experience
💥Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a successful sales team
💥Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
💥Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
💥Ability to work independently and as part of a team
💥Level of English - B1
