Today we are looking for a Senior Partnership Manager who is full of ideas and experience to help us ensure strategic relationships with our key targeted partners.

You're responsibilities in this role will:

Research partners, identify key players, and generate interest (main geo: Poland, Ukraine, Spain, other EU countries);

Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partnership management (Media, HR Influencers, HR Agencies, Integrators);

Create an influencer campaign in acquiring & maintaining KOL/influencers;

Develop media relations strategy, collaboration with podcasts and events/webinars;

Ensure the contract terms and conditions related;

Collaborate with marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships;

Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-branded content promotions, influencers, lead sharing, and/or event/webinars partnerships;

Keep great ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership;

Requirements and skills:

Previous working experience as a Partnership Manager for 3+ years;

Degree in Marketing, Communication or similar relevant field;

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;

Excellent organizational and time management skills;

Great multitasking skills and strategic thinker;

Attention to detail;

English Upper-Intermediate level (verbal and written) - must!
