Therefore, SPM’s expertise in project and delivery management has to be profound - You take an active role in not only keeping constant close contact with key teammates but also participate in choosing the best experts on the market to make the Competence Center even stronger and more attractive - You keep a close eye and constantly take proactive and corrective actions on KPIs, such as revenue, profitability, utilization, and attrition - You act as an Account Manager on specific assignments and allocate time to review a new business proposal prepared by one of your PMs As an SPM, you’ll contribute to two areas: a big project and collaboration with the customer and huge tasks related to account management and a PM team. You’ll also face such things: - work in a large Scrum team of highly-skilled specialists (and we mean it!) - participate in the product roadmap creation and long-term planning - maintain and develop relations with the customer - propose new ideas on the processes to address the project needs.
Customer The customer is a Swedish startup in the AdTech and Media domain. We have been working with this customer since 2015 (so we already have chemistry). It is interesting to work with them because the team values original and creative ideas, high involvement, and care for product success. Project We are developing a leading-edge personalized, cloud-based booking platform for scalable influencer marketing. Two solutions are possible: a cross-market platform for managing campaigns or a white-labeled solution that allows managing campaigns and clients in an efficient manner by means of a branded platform. Users of the solution are brands, influencer and brand agencies, influencers themselves. It is a marketplace that connects all stakeholders working on launching killer ad campaigns. On one hand, it helps brands and agencies spend less time and money on marketing, and on the other hand, influencers can easily find work and collaborate with renowned brands. We allow members to collaborate and run influencer campaigns at a scale, so they can grow their business and grow the industry overall. Members can run campaigns in any market, from anywhere in the world at any time of the day. The solution has a lot of interesting integrations - social media, payment solutions, etc. The development process is quite dynamic with a lot of features introduced in each release. Responsibilities - Supervise services and projects delivery by active leadership of the PM team. Ensure projects start, tailoring, and delivery according to the best fit delivery model and best project management practices - Provide high quality portfolio risk analysis, tracking, acting upon and communicating risks properly towards customers, changing priorities and demands (risks detection, response planning, execution, issues resolution. CAPA if required) - Productivity analysis and continuous improvement sessions - Estimation sessions management for some critical features - Quality assurance (not be confused with control) in a sense of making sure critical processes are followed to reduce/avoid down times and guarantee quality trend going up - Conduct brainstorming session for new requests - Be a resource and people manager, actively participate in planning required hires in collaboration with the Recruiting team, ensure onboarded people’s professional growth - Conduct F2Fs with Senior and Lead team members on streams progress, personal professional development, motivation, feedback sessions, and problems processing, follow up on meeting outcomes - Create and update resource plans, team extension calculations, team size reports, forecasts - Control KPIs, such as profitability, revenue, utilization, attrition, and take active actions to keep them at the best possible level - Create team budget calculations, deviations, trends, buffers, budget monthly report - Prepare timelines combining from all streams, common timelines, roadmap impact. Resource capacity calculations and related timeline updates - Change requests management - Conduct internal reporting sessions on the result in project weekly and monthly reports - Use business language when communicating plans and goals of various work streams - Project critical communications, execution, and assistance to PMs.
Requirements - Excellent knowledge of project and program management methodology, tools, and techniques - At least 5 years of project management experience - High proficiency in collaborating with project stakeholders, end-users, business partners, and technical team members to deliver high-quality projects - Strong people and resource management skills - Wide experience working with KPIs - Strong risk management skills - Strong tactical planning and leadership skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers and project teams - Strong organizational, negotiation, conflict resolution capabilities - Strong change management skills - Being a good communicator and believing that you can grow chemistry with any person even during the interview process - Ability to see an opportunity rather than an issue in all situations in your life - Being detail-oriented - Advanced understanding of corporate environment and objectives; ability to propose solutions for their achievement - At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
