Senior AQA Python (with huge Embedded exp)

Jabil Wireless is a separate division of Jabil EMS, overseeing the manufacturing and development of connectivity solutions.

Project description:

Flexible SW platform to accommodate various Radio HW variants and types from one common code base. Products include a line of remote radio units operating with frequencies under 6Ghz with 4G and 5G support in compliance with 3GPP and ORAN standards. ​

Requirements:

Understanding of the Linux operating system, and command line.
Understanding of embedded systems testing.
Programming skills using Python.
Experience working with Git, and Pytest.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Excellent time-management skills and commitment to meeting deadlines
Experience with analyzing requirements, creating, and executing of test cases, and reporting test results.
English level - B2 minimum.

Will be a plus:

Сomfortable working in both manual and automated Testing tasks.
Hands-on experience in embedded systems testing.
Hands-on experience in the Linux operating system, and command line.
Experience in working with embedded products.
Radio-Technical Degree, LTE/5G, Radio Experience, CI/CD experience.
Experience working with NETCONF.

Responsibilities:

Test Plan Documentation Preparation
Test automation
Working with the development team on automating new code changes for existing features
Overseeing Daily Regression Test suite, reporting Daily Regression status.
Daily Regression Maintenance
Manual testing, incl. on HW equipment (remotely) – is optional
