Experienced Project Manager (offline)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our friendly team.


Responsibilities:


* Manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards
* Work closely with the technical team to ensure that all project tasks are completed on time and to the expected quality standards
* Communicate regularly with stakeholders and clients to ensure that all parties are informed of project status and any issues that arise
* Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
* Identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring that they are addressed in a timely manner
* Ensure that all project documentation is complete and up-to-date, including project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation
* Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and identifying cost-saving opportunities
* Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and communication among team members.


Requirements:



* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
* Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain project plans, identify and manage project risks and issues, and manage project budgets
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
* Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
* Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile
* Excellent English
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field is a plus.
