As an opposite to classic e-commerce project, our project is long term, dealing mainly with backend integrations, plugins and other dependencies
The Magento is the center of company's payment structure and requires constant maintenance and new features adding.
This type of project is unique in the eCommerce industry.

To ensure success as a Technical support specialist, you should have knowledge of English and Hebrew (both spoken and written) and be experienced PC user.

Experience as Tech support will be a plus.

Ultimately, a high-level Technical support specialist can support technical needs of out employees and help them in any issues.
