Product Designer (offline)

Our team is expanding and we are looking for a Product Designer who will improve and advance our product.

Required skills:
Experience in Product Design;
Experience working in Photoshop, Illustrator/Sketch, Axure (or other interactive prototyping tool);
Knowledge and use of platforms guidelines and patterns (web, mobile, desktop);
Deep understanding of Design Thinking approach and mindsets;
Knowledge of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and human interface design activities;
Ability to lead multiple projects in fast-paced team environment;
Ability to setup and drive user testing sessions, uses qualitative and quantitive methods to identify design flaws, organizes results in a clear form, makes conclusions;
Ability to research user behavior, define goals and needs, make conclusions;
English intermediate+.

Will be a plus:
Interest in Lean UX and working with Agile processes.

Prototyping;
SIte monitoring (user testing, plan (design) user paths,basic analysis of metrics;
Custom behavior analysis;
Work on problems (detection, prioritization, search for solutions).
