HR Business Partner (offline)

FULLY HANDS ON POSITION

Responsibilities:

• Provide superior HR employees and client support service
• Ongoing cooperation and communication with company customers, vendors, sales, operations, and financial departments
• Hands-on building end execution of a high-performance, collaborative culture, and retention strategy
• Drive HR processes (i.e. onboarding, performance management, promotions, terminations, transfers, leaves of absence, satisfaction surveys, etc...)
• Develop and implement initiatives in the areas of employee development, participate in diversity initiatives, and succession planning
• Take ownership of employee relations issues

Requirements

• 3+ years of Human Resources experience
• Degree in HR or Psychology
• Good knowledge and understanding of the HR industry and HR trends
• Experience working in multicultural/international environments - must
• Very good English verbal and writing skills – must, Russian - a big advantage
• Vast experience in planning and executing retention processes
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong influencing and communication skills, initiative person
• Flexible and pragmatic — “how can we make it work” approach required
• Hands-on IT recruiting experience in CEE countries - a big advantage
• Implementing and extensive use of HRMS - a big advantage
