For the international CPA Game network, we are looking for BDM to attract new advertisers.
Responsibilities:
Managing initial contact and building relationships with potential customers in the EU and another geo in the World. (Game advertisers)
Negotiation, Implementation of sales plan and targets, constant improvements to increase activity
Identify opportunities to grow revenue using optimization and analysis
Research accounts to understand prospects’ needs and build a plan for how to educate the prospect on the client's benefits
Use email, cold calls, Linkedin, and other methods to engage ideal prospects and move them down the sales pipeline.
Responsible for managing leads through a defined process
Maintain up-to-date records in CRM and other tools
Keep up to date with product and industry knowledge
Become a credible resource and develop trusted relationships with prospects
Requirements:
Fluent in English - strong verbal and written communication skills
Sales experience in CPL / CPA companies - Major Advantage
Hunter main Game advertisers in CPA
Startup mindset – make things happen, self-learning, winning attitude, go above and beyond, out-of-the-box thinking
Excellent lead follow-up skills responding to and qualifying leads from marketing-generated campaigns and incoming phone and web inquiries
Excellent in prospecting, nurturing, educating, and qualifying target prospects to create sales-ready opportunities
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and resources effectively
Superior pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, and objection-handling skills
Superb communications skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to demonstrate products highlighting benefits/advantages/features
