Head of Sales manager (offline)

Responsibilities:

— Working with the team, making plans for them
— Form a budget and plans for connecting customers
— Determine the sales strategy (on what geo and what commercial terms), conduct the process of concluding a deal from A to Z,
— Practical skills in training team training
— Attending iGaming exhibitions according to a pre-agreed schedule (business trips- 25-30% of the total working hours per year)
— The ability to form plans (showing templates will be a plus)
— Search for new contacts using different channels: telegram, linkdin, google, skype
— Develop and implement market-driven strategies to achieve goals company
— Communication, Negotiating with clients
— Coordination of negotiations with clients
— Knowledge of our competitive advantages among other slot poviders
— Being able to analyze competitors
— Attending networking parties and events
— Active linkdIn management, self-brand developing


Requirements:
— Daily maintenance of the CRM system and task manager
— Daily communicating with team
— Advanced skills in GSuite
— Experience in a similar vacancy in gambling 1+ year
— Fluent English
— Ability to plan your work time and work in a team
— Confident user of Jira and Confluence;
— Experience in generating leads
— Ability and desire to adapt to new work conditions (long business trip)
