Project Manager / Project Coordinator (offline)

Requirements:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in taking a pivotal role as an IT Project Manager
- Working in an international environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, time management, and delivery skills
- Experience in managing technical aspects of software delivery
- Ability to build consensus in an environment of conflicting interests and ensure execution of agreed initiatives - always focused on the result
- Experience working with the project budget
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience in creating technical documentation and requirements
- Understanding of web technologies, ability to explain basic things like what is git, script, cron, API, etc.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Experience in business analysis will be a plus
- Upper-intermediate+ English level (verbal and written)

Responsibilities:

- Manage the delivery of the development team;
- Be responsible for the project budget and reporting;
- Monitor sprint process and ensure sprint scope & purpose is delivered;
- Provide leadership and motivation of team members to meet project objectives;
- Own decision-making within a defined level of authority;
- Take ownership of the delivery to drive problems to resolution;
- Define priorities and make things be completed in time;
- Proactively communicate project/sprint status, issues, and risks to the Product owner;
- Prepare progress reports, develop and maintain project documentation;
- Design, and maintain releases during each iteration, organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily meetings, sprint plannings, reviews, retrospectives);
- Drive process improvement— identify inefficiencies, and suggest and introduce improvements.
