We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will make our users happy! Be.Live is a product start-up that strives to provide an effortless and professional live-streaming experience to a non-tech audience.

We are one of 15 companies that got a Facebook partnership in the live streaming field and with tens of thousands of customers, we are constantly growing and improving our platform for our community.


 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
— Upper-intermediate/Advanced English (written and spoken);
— Excellent communication skills/clear articulation of thoughts;
— Willingness to learn and adapt to changes;
— Research skills & problem-solving aptitude;


 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING?
— Provide timely and effective support to our users via chat and email (no phone calls);
— Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, log them to Jira;
— Gather feedback related to the product;
— Attend team and company calls;
— Work on learning materials for the users;
