Senior Java Developer

Project Description
We are working in a global investment bank. We are building Java & DevOps team that will be working in Equity eTrading and interconnected areas. Team will work with known data quality and technical improvement tasks progressing to platform development & ownership as its expertise grows. Working with us will help you to:
- verify and grow your skills in a global diverse team;
- see from inside operations of one of the biggest investment banks;
- learn certain aspects of financial markets, products and risks

Responsibilities
• Investigate existing platforms architecture, data flows and up/downstream integrations, identify design gaps;
• Implement existing plans of infrastructure/technology improvements and upgrades;
• Perform required business changes within applications;
• Efficiently collaborate with a global engineering and business team (Dev/QA/BA/..);

Skills
Must have

• 5+ years of experience with Core Java;
• Ability to think clearly, get to the bottom of things in solving technical issues;
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate own work with a diverse global team;

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Maven, uDeploy, TeamCity

Languages
English: B2 Upper Intermediate
