Senior Technical Writer (offline)

About the Project: As a Technical Writer your main duty will be to work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product requirements and write easy-to-understand guides for Management.

Your Team: 1 Project Manager, 1 Development Manager, 1 Developer, Junior UI Developer, 2 Senior Developers, 1 AQ, 1 Business Analyst, 1 Scrum Master, 1 Senior QA, 1 DevOps.

Requirements:
- Working experience in technical writing of software documentation (2-3 years);
- Ability to deliver quality documentation paying attention to details;
- Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and make them easily understandable in text and pictures;
- Basic familiarity with the Systems development life cycle;
- Be able to work successfully both individually and as a team member;
- Easy-going, friendly, communicative.

Nice to have:
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience of work on Marketing and Advertising projects.

Responsibilities:
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements;
- Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides;
- Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications;
- Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities;
- Create and maintain the information architecture;

English level:

Upper-intermediate
