A centralized support service team for company users through Chat and WhatsApp message delivery notifications.
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Ability to perform job functions under stress and pressure;
- Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
- Fine multitasking and time-management skills;
- Overall understanding of IT;
- ITIL Foundation is a plus;
- Advanced level of English.
