Senior Email Marketing Specialist (offline)

SynergyMedia is looking for Senior Email Marketing Specialists who are ready to be in charge of the marketing team

The Senior Email Marketing Specialist will be in charge of the Email Marketing Specialists team, controlling the processes in the team, managing the email marketing campaigns, and resolving all the occurring issues.

You will have the following tasks:

Planning and implementation of the general email marketing strategy of SynergyMedia
Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
Generating ideas for new tests, A/B testing
Optimize our email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features
Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
Monitoring the effectiveness of email campaigns, optimizing their performance indicators
Supporting the team and providing feedback
Controlling the effectiveness of the campaigns
Solving ongoing issues with email domains and blocked emails

Required skills:
High level of knowledge of the English language (minimum — Upper-Intermediate)
From 3 years in a relevant position / with similar tasks/experience
Understanding of digital marketing: CAN-SPAM requirements, segmentation, CR/OR/CTR, warm up, A/B testing
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (table syntax)
Experience with email automation, workflows
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Time management and excellent organizational skills
Interpersonal communication and team management
