By creating or optimizing a sales department with us, client gets a highly converting and efficient mechanism that brings a stable profit, with a control and analytics system.

Responsibilities will include:
• Develop new business opportunities with customers
• Build strong customer relationships and strategic partnerships to assess customer needs and solutions
• Experience working with management and C-suite executives
• Conduct assigned number of sales proposals delivered per week

About You:
• 2+ years of experience as a customer success manager in SaaS - preferable
• High-class presentation and writing skills
• A natural customer coach: you have experience inspiring and influencing customers to overcome roadblocks to adopting products
• A love for building: you’re excited to help refine and grow customer success
• Self-starter: you don’t need a fully baked playbook to do your job. You’re good at holding yourself accountable.
