Responsibilities:

- Reception of calls, registration, and distribution by departments;
- Work in CRM (entering leads and tasks into the CRM database);
- Control over the conversion of leads and the performance of tasks by the company's employees;
- Control of unconverted leads (calls, letters to the post office);
- Control of converted leads for the sale of additional related services;
- Ensuring the vital activity of the office.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of business etiquette, sociability, responsibility, and punctuality;
- Knowledge of the English language (level not lower than upper-intermediate);
- Experience with CRM;
- Knowledge of accounting.
