Head of Sales

INC4.net - a development company, specializing in blockchain-related products in the fintech market, is looking for a specialist, who will be responsible for finding and closing B2B outsource development deals.

Interview Flow:

⭕️ A set-up call with HR Manager;
⭕️ An interview with CEO (line manager) & HR Manager;
⭕️ Occasionally a test task or an additional short call might be an option;
⭕️ Receive an offer and/or feedback.


Responsibilities:

1️⃣ Permanent analysis on blockchain development companies, on blockchain-related products, on closed development deals on the market.

2️⃣ Generating and processing leads - CRM managing, filling the database with potential inbound (website, Twitter, Medium, Linkedin, Clutch) & outbound leads, applying for grants, curating lead-generating marketing activities, etc.

3️⃣ Seeking and using opportunities to meet new people offline (conferences, hackathons, webinars). Optional conferences attendance.

4️⃣ Dealing negotiations - selling our development services or establishing an agreement for future cooperation. Make a research on the lead, build lead-based cases.

5️⃣ Developing generic proposals for clients and personalized proposals based on clients’ needs, cooperating with C-level.

6️⃣ Closing the deal - signing the agreement with the other party. Finding opportunities to collaborate again with the previous clients
